Free entry to National Parks during the week of April 17-25, 2010

Visitors to National Parks will enjoy free entrance fees during the week of April 17 through April 25, 2010 at nearly 400 national parks. This is a perfect opportunity to check out some of our collectively owned wild spaces and to remind yourself why they are such an important and valuable resource.

Entrance fees will be waved from April 17-25, 2010, but camping fees still apply. In some places you can make camping reservations, so check on that before you go.


*Lake Mead National Recreation Area, Great Basin National Park and Death Valley National Park will not charge for admission during National Park Week.
