Ashley Caring Photography presents: Cute Kid Contest

Starting Saturday, September 17, 2011, you can submit a photo of your cute kid, and the winner will receive a free 45 minute photo session with Ashley Caring Photography PLUS 3 full resolution images!   Read the Contest details below for more information and directions on how to enter and win.
 

The submitted photo that gets the most “likes” wins!  

You may rally as many voters as you like – 

friends, family, co-workers, etc.

 TO ENTER
*One entry per child
*Snapshots only, no professional portraits
*You must be the parent to legal guardian of the child you enter into the contest
*Child must be between 3 months and 16 years of age on the date of entry
*Photo must have been taken within the past 6 months and you must have permission/rights to use the photo you enter
*Photo entries will be accepted throughout the contest but only the photo with the most “likes” wins the contest.  Contest begins 9:00 p.m, Saturday, September 17, 2011 until 9:00 pm on Friday, September 30, 2011 (P.S.T.)
*Only photos emailed to ashleycg1@cox.net with the subject line ACP CONTEST during the previously mentioned time will be accepted. Photos will only be accepted via email.
*Include your child’s name, age and birthday in the email (first name and age will be posted for viewing), as well as your name, city of residence and contact information
*Anyone can enter but the prize must be redeemed in Las Vegas, NV by the said date.
You do not have to be a previous client so tell all of your friends about it. You may rally as many voters as you like – friends, family, co-workers, etc.

HOW PHOTOS WILL BE JUDGED

* All entries will be uploaded into an album by Ashley Caring Photography on the Ashley Caring Photography Facebook fan page www.facebook.com/ashleycaringphotography
* To vote for a photo you MUST Click ‘like’ for the photo you are voting for in the Ashley Caring Photography album labeled ‘Cute Kid Contest 2011’
* Photo with the most ‘likes’ will be the winner. Comments permitted, but WILL NOT count towards the total number of votes.
* Voting will close Friday, September 30^th, 2011 at 9:00 p.m.

WHAT YOU WILL WIN

* The parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo that receives the most ‘likes’ will receive a free 45 minute photo session with Ashley Caring Photography PLUS  3 full resolution digital images.
*Contest Winner may redeem the prize in the form of a $100 Gift Card to Ashley Caring Photography as an alternate to the prize mentioned above.

*LEGAL NOTE AND CONTEST DETAILS: This promotion is in NO WAY sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.  You will not be notified publicly via Facebook if you are a winner. You MUST be 18 to participate. By entering this giveaway, you are providing information to Ashley Caring Photography and not to Facebook. Prize cannot be altered or changed in any way, and prizes do not have cash value therefore not redeemable for cash. No other promotions or discounts can be applied. Photo shoot will only be held in Las Vegas at location of photographer’s choice.  Scheduling of the contest winner will be based on availability of Ashley Caring Photography. There will be no returns/exchanges on any of the items. Ashley Caring Photography can upload the submitted contest entry photos at any time throughout the contest and is granted full permission to upload the entry photos to the Ashley Caring Photography business page or Ashley Caring Photography blog. Any discounts or special promotions do not apply with the use of the Ashley Caring Photography gift card at any time. Ashley Caring Photography reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason or discontinue the contest at any time for any reason.  If contest is discontinued for any reason or any participants become disqualified for any reason than Ashley Caring Photography is not obligated to award a prize of any kind. Photo session must be booked within 7 days of winning, and completed before December 1, 2011. Session dates are booked and completed only on availability of Ashley Caring Photography. If contest winner opts to be awarded the alternate prize of a gift card for $100 toward Ashley Caring Photography then Ashley Caring Photography must be notified no later than 7 days of winning, and the gift card must be redeemed by Saturday, March 31^st, 2012.  Up to three siblings, if applicable, may attend the session as well.  If scheduled session recipient cancels or no shows for any reason than the prize then becomes invalid and Ashley Caring Photography will not reschedule. Additional Digital Files will not be available for Purchase. Prints will be available for purchase at regular Ashley Caring Photography retail prices. Not redeemable towards Newborn Photography, Engagement or Wedding Photography, or group extended family portraits. Contest winner cannot use prize toward any previously booked or completed sessions.
