Get Fit with StrollerStrength!

StrollerStrength is a 60 minute outdoors stroller exercise class combining strength, cardio, flexibility, balance and agiliity. The class is designed and taught by nationally certified (ACE, NSCA, ACSM) Master Trainer, Judy Paris, a mother herself.

The class focuses on whole body training with interval style bursts of power walking/light jogging incorporated throughout the session. The class is suitable for all fitness levels using bodyweight, resistance tubing, various benches/bars on the shaded trails, and of course, baby/stroller for added intensity.
